Philippine economy amidst pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought upon the world with challenges. Almost
all countries had to shut down their economies to halt the spread of the virus
and the Philippines is one of those countries who have taken strict measures by
implementing the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
The lockdown did help in controlling the spread of the virus and apparently,
but that will not remain that way if there are people who persist on going to
mass gatherings and violating the set protocols. There are other measures to
consider to ultimately say that a country is winning the battle. The Filipino people are suffering from the financial,
physical and emotional stress. It is said that the Filipino is adapt in forcing
back from the hard things very quickly. As a Filipino, I am aware of the
current situation and can adapt myself to the change occurring in everyday
life.
In this regard, I do hope that we can further improve
our stance amidst this crisis. We are facing a deadly virus that’s preventing
us from going out. Our economy has drastically weakened as we extent our
lockdowns. We will never fully recover if we continue on this way.

I agree, this covid pandemic had really affected our daily lives and most of the jobs had already shut down to prevent the spreading of the virus, yet removed lots of employees from work too, making the economy slow down.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your statement that the virus really did a big change on the whole world and it wasn't long that we adapt these new changes. But even then, the virus had taken many lives from all over the world and greatly affects out daily lives.
